Well - a while ago our government re-enforced the land reform law.

This law allows our idiot run government (all a bunch of fcukin monkeys) to take land back that supposedly belonged to some rural cnut's great great granddad many many years ago and which in turn got taken away from him due to our Apartheid era.

In short - if I stay on a piece of property that can be showed was some fokken doos's place many years ago, the government can take it from me.

The law was now changed recently to include not just land, but property as well. Apparently they must buy it back from you - which is fair till the logic kicks in. Why must I move when I purchased my property/home and made a life there???

And to point out the level of fcukin stupidity - the oke wanting my land does not necessarily need a proof of purchase, deed or something in that vein - heck, he can just say that his ma se kont father was/is buried there. If they find some toffee under the ground or can proove in the most dismal of means that it's supposedly ancestors of his, then you are fcuked.

Why am I writing this? Cos our whole f'n country reads this, and then either accepts it or leaves South Africa. I mean, how would you react if your country did this? South Africa is going down head first, and it's going to settle next to Zimbabwe on the same level as snake sh!t on the sea bottom.

If any of you can hook me up a job anywhere overseas - let it rip cos I sure as sh!t can't take this anymore (I can mow the lawn, drink with you and act as a mentor, look after your wife, look after your kids by looking at your wife, add the extra dimension to a bland sex life, take care of people etc.)

Since we only started importing the proper Blacks to the Western Cape in the 1960s, and before that under Simon van der Stel - and van der Stel's slaves came from Central Africa. The 1960s blacks came in to the WC because the rich bitches up in Plumstead, Rondebosch and so on wanted cheap labour.

I want to lead an armed rebellion to make the Western Cape secede from the rest of the 'Republic' of South Africa, then later on invade most of the rest of the continent, building the Great Empire of Mugz!

I believe Mandella got it right: correct the wrong of the past, but do so with competent people filling that legacy (add my ending) so as to sustain the country in all aspects of economy and growth.

I've seen people (from the short end of the apartheid era) stating that it was much better under the white regime than what it is now. I'm not promoting racism, but fcuk me if they can see it then obviously there's something wrong.

I'd rather be a third party in some other countries issues than being on the short end of idiocracy. Where ever I go there will be issues, but not as assinine as here.

Advice taken - plus there's so many South Africans there already I'm bound to walk into a reunion. The ONLY reason I'd venture there is to witness the Premier Leaue, but for that I might as well be in Holland and do channel crossing when needed, see Arsenal win and bag a lady in France on my way back. I might even pop a visit to Tom in the Liverpool games just to add that extra zing to proceedings in more than one way.

I realize that from the outside it is hard to see how things are inside your country for real, but you guys must realize that when I read your posts it looks like that apartheid is not gone at all, not in the sense that there is still segregation or a desire to have it.

It all reads like a wish for the good old days, that weren't all that good for a large part of the SA population (if you can speak of a single SA people, probably not). It's always been obvious for me that with the end of apartheid, a sharing of wealth would follow, and short of an economic miracle (which did not happen) that means the whites loose a significant part of their wealth to others. Would it go down better if it were a better law? Is it possible to make a good law on this because whatever way you turn it, people will have to hand over wealth that they consider theirs, they worked hard for it (under conditions that were unfavourable for others, to say the least).

Is there a serious chance of a civil conflict between the whites and the others, or has recent history seen to it that the only option left is to flee the country? What will that mean for the economy?

I think we can guess what will happen to the economy. SA has the potential to set an example of the rest of Africa in terms of governance, BUT... Mbeki doesn't believe in AIDS and idolises Mugabe. Doesn't take Nostradamus to see where SA is headed under the current leadership.

I'm starting to consider leaving. Seriously. You can call this place USSA now. The option of the government taking over the country's refineries is getting tossed around in Congress.. along with national healthcare and raising corporate taxes to 35%.

Its either I quit my job and live off the government to have a better lifestyle or I leave the country. We're becoming a fcuking welfare state and soon we'll go the way of the Roman Empire. /pissed off.
