Hello,am using window 7 hp, i downloaded imesh but refused to connect to internet and am McAfee internet security. please help

Hello,
The iMesh web site does not specifically say it is compatable with Win-7. CNet listed it as Vista compatable, so maybe so. Can't confirm one way or the other!

If installation went OK, you probably have to set an exception in your outgoing McAfee firewall, to permit iMesh thru the firewall. Usually the outgoing firewall denies access unless specifically excepted, as compared to the opposite on the incoming side. Go to the firewall, outbound dialog box, if iMesh is there, check it OK.

Some security apps block imesh because it is a file sharing service !
