Hello all,
Whenever I try to double-click on an icon in the control panel, I get the
following error:
"Opening a file from this location may not be safe and is not allowed with
your current security settings."
I've changed all the security settings I know how to change and I still
haven't been able to fix this problem. 
Somebody help me get access to
the control panel again!! Thank you.
