account disabled

i'm installing a program when my pc hang-up thus i log-off my system thinking
it's just a normal system glitched, then when i try to log-in an error
occured "logon failure account currently disabled". I restart my PC and
finally my system successfully login. My problem is my profile has changed
and everything in my desktop and even some of my programs has changed. How
can i restore my desktop/ profile from the previous state.. pls. help!!!!!
