The heading of "WebClient/Publisher Temporary files" doesnt empty ,despite
being ticked to be emptied when disc cleanup is used. The size if the file is
continuing to increase. Is there something that I can do about this?

Make sure that Publisher is not running (and any other similar programs).
Also close your browser.
