We need Balmer to go then things get interesting. I was reading a nice piece on how MS could spin off Windows as an Open Source foundation to concentrate on the areas that make them the real money. I'll have a hunt for the link but before people lambaste the idea have a think about where MS really makes its money and which areas have been holding it back of late...
