Yep, looks great.

One thing to think about:
With your setup, you could downgrade to a 6300 or 6400 and overclock it beyond the performance of a 6600. Then take the money you just saved, and spend a little more to ditch the 7950 and get an 8800GTS.

In my opinion, that overall system is a far better idea, for not much more money, and is more "futureproof" too. Not to mention the 8800 will destroy the 7950 ;)

Well, what kind of a budget do you have in mind? I would go for a e6300 or 6400 until a year or two, when quad comes down in price(hopefully).

Then, get yourself an EVGA!!!! 7600GT card, it would hold me off, until the new D10 cards come out, use EVGAs!!! step up program to get one of those. They will be smaller!!!!

Thats what I would 90% do.

The step up program only works within 90 days of the initial purchase. Plus quad core is not worth waiting for. If you need E6600 performance now, get it now (or Q2 2007..)
