Hi am evaluating a pocket pc borrowed from friend.
it runs windows 2002. There seems to be no way of phoning directly from
contacts, using bluetooth, or sending sms messages. Is this possible with
2003, if so where do you download an upgrade from or is this not possible.
Thanks Tim

Could you rephrase this please? I'm not really sure what the question(s)
are.
If you are saying there is no way of making a phone call to a contact from
within the contacts application, then I think you are wrong, if you are
referring to Pocket PC 2002. Have you discovered tap+hold, the equivalent
of right click, that brings up context menus? Highlight a contact, then tap
and hold. The menu that is displayed contains options to start a phone call
and send an SMS.

Maybe your uncertainty is because the questions are contained within the
next sentence of the OP <TIC>
