evga 590sli problems

i cant figure out how to download the bio and flash my motherboard. i have ntune but i cant figure out how to do it. also, i do not know which bio update is right for my motherboard.

also, i cant get my memory to run at 1T timing, it will cause my computer not to boot

amd x2 4600
2 x 1gb corsair cas4 ddr2 800
