Hi! I'm looking to buy a second internal hard drive to store my data on my 4-year-old computer. According to Everest, it seems that my system is only capable of Ultra ATA/133 - so right now it seems to me that I should be looking at those, but I can't really find many current reviews.
However, is SATA at all backwards-compatible with PATA? If I buy a SATA drive, will I be able to use it in this computer and then migrate it to my new computer when I get one?
If I can't or shouldn't get an SATA drive, what Ultra ATA/133 drives do you guys recommend?
