Hi All,

I have IIS activated on my win2k server, but it is not providing any
service.

I need to free port 80 on my win2k server for another service that
requires to use port 80 so I can either stop the IIS-related services
(my best choice) or uninstall IIS ( I would like to avoid it if
possible).

Does stopping the Web Publishing service (and all the other IIS-related
services) free port 80 or will I be forced to uninstall IIS to free it?

Thanks.
