Need help determining if this is compatible

I got screwed a while back on some memory I bought since I was a wide eyed nub with regards to hardware selection. I think that the following drive is compatible with my dell dimension 4500 system, but I always go for independent confirmation of compatibility now regardless of the hardware type.

Your comparing a dvd burner to memory card compatibility which isnt quite the same thing. you shouldnt have any problems with that dvd burner compatibility, I have two of those burners one in a Dell 4700 and the other just sitting around untill I get a bigger Thermaltake tower with ten 5.25 drive bays.
