Hi,

Click start/run, type %windir%\windowsupdate.log and click ok (if you
haven't installed SP2 yet, put a space between 'windows' and 'update').
Scroll to the bottom, post back with the error code from the most recent
visit. Usually this in a format of 0x00000000.
