Simplistic answer:

If the card has a front-panel header (4-5 pins in 1 or 2 parallel lines), you can connect it up that way. If not, then not sure what you can do. I don't know if they make cables that have the 1394 connector at one end and a MB header at the other. It doesn't sound like a good idea at any rate, for a number of reasons relating to RFI, (lack of) impedance matching, and safety (what if it disconnects inside your case).
