Hi all,

In a client machine I tried to connect, by Telnet, in my IMAP4 server port
143, IP 1.1.1.182. I wrote, C:\> telnet 1.1.1.182 143. this msg return: '*
OK Microsoft Exchange IMAP4rev1 Server Ready'

Then I wrote '1 login teste teste' who is my username/password. So, the
return is always NO.

In both machines, client (W2K Pro) and server (W2K Server) the service
lsass.exe is already run. I tried to disable this issue in both machines,
again, and it does not works.

Anyone knows what can be happen in my environment, or what I'm doing wrong?
If I'm doing something wrong, what is the correct way?

I thought this is a BUG, but there is nothing related that in Microsoft
Support site.

Thanks for your time,
Gustavo Erthal.
