Dlink -624 drops all users frequently

ok so here is the problem
Wireless D-Link DI-624 (802.11 B/G)
1 User (me) using a DWL-G520 (G reciever)
2 Users (roomates) using DWL-520+ (B recievers)
ISP Adelphia 2 way High Speed Connection

We were using a DWL-614+, but we had lost it due to overheating (p.s dont wrap your dsl modem onto wireless router with duct tape).

So I Purchased the New G Router with my new G card.
The old wireless router worked nice and beautiful
at the same time of purchase we went to a new isp (cable)

Now the DI-624 drops us alot, sometimes it will work fine for hours but others it drops every ten minutes. Verry Annoying

We have exausted all possible help from DLink (except for calling them personally) we are intelligent computer folk, just having big trouble connecting.

Also all drivers are updated and We have the newest Firmware

My D-Link died after 1 month of use. I've avoided them ever since and haven't been burned. I ceremonially burned my D-Link with gasoline and frozen orange juice (woo hoo Napalm!).
