News page not rendering correctly

I don't think this is meant to happen:

Every browser I've tried renders this wrong.

Note that on this page I am also unable to click on any show/hide links, I can't rate comments and I can't click on the submit button unless I'm using Internet Explorer (I've tried IE7 and IE8 only). FF5 and Chrome 12 don't work with this page. I haven't noticed it elsewhere yet so I'm not sure what's different about this page.

Should be fixed in the next update, if it isn't already.
