Cooling PD Dual Core 8XX

Hey Guys I'm not planning on overclocking but I'd like to get a good Heatsink, Fan, and Case for the new CPU I'm buying. PD Dual Core 8XX. I'm putting it on a Intel D925XCV MB. Any suggestions?

why are buying a pentium d 8xx?! If it's becasue the motherboard I'll let you off but if you're buying a new motherboard and cpu then get a 9xx or e6300 c2d.
