Pro 4000 Logitech Webcam

Hello,
I own a logitech Pro 4000 webcam and untill now it worked perfectly fine.
But since fifteen days the quick capture soft keeps on saying that I have
another programm running and that therefore the quick capture programm can
not run.
I have done exactky what the tech support of logitech said on this kind of
problem but it does not work : any idea to overcome this problem ?
