Alternate banner page

I am attempting to enable usernames on printed documents without utilizing
banner pages (they waste too much paper). Is there a way of implimenting this
natively on a Windows 2000 print server (for only some printers). If not,
does anyone know of a third party utility that does?

MS Word uses things like 's' etc., but how to do what you need I would be
interested to find out too?
