My computer wont allow free realms because of 64 bit?

Hello,
Paid for a Free Realms subscription for my son, but the game won't download. Tech support thought it may be due to our Kasparsky Anti virus, but when I tried again yesterday I go a black screen saying 64bit was not yet supported and to use regular internet explorere. What does this mean and what can I do?

I think what that message means was that you were trying to download it for Internet Explorer 64 bit. If you have 64 bit windows 7 installed you automatically have 2 versions of Internet Explorer, one is simply labeled Internet explorer, the other one is Internet explorer(64-bit), try using the one that is not labeled 64 bit and see if it will work. It runs in the web browser so that is likely your issue.
