its funny how "Newegg" can take your money right away and make you wait over 2 weeks,
then blaim ups and other shipping CO.

But refuses to refund your money until they have the returned package.

thank you newegg for letting UPS "BROWN" play soccer with my items, and take no action agains UPS.

We at Newegg could not agree more with this statement. Looking at the tracking, the package was picked up on the 5th. It is now the 18th so the fact that you neither have the item or a refund is truly unacceptable and I hope you can accept our humblest apologies.
