Hello,
I have problem related to Printer job.
The printer I am using is HP Deskjet 3325.
If there is some mechanical problem like paper jamm, I have to cancel
the printer job. But the printre job wont get cancelled even after lot
of trys of cancelling it. It wont cancells after logging out the
computer also. I MUST restart the computer to finish the printer job?
How to avoid rebooting the computer and how to cancell the printer job?
I tried to stop the PrintSpool service but it not related with
cancellation of job.
Tell me why this is happening and suggest any remedy?
