If you're getting it ASAP, I'd go with the Asus board. The X200 graphics on the Intel board is kind of redundant.
AMD's coming out with a renamed ATI chipset that has an AVIVO capable variation of the X700 GPU but I'm not sure if there will be Intel variants.
Is your CPU a Smithfield 805? Make sure you have good cooling. I'm not sure any of the boards you list are good overclockers, and the main claim to fame of the Pentium D 805 is that it overclocks to high heaven, while overheating up like the pit of hell.
8O Ok. Can you suggest me a good motherboard?
No need for over clocking , but should have a decent performance in terms of gaming.

Well, if you can afford $125, then this board is very good, with the added benefit that it supports Core2Duo...for if/when you decide to upgrade to one.
If you want something a lot cheaper, the ASRock 775Dual-VSTA is very upgradable, supporting Core2Duo,DDR1/DDR2,AGP/PCI-e. From a purely budgetary standpoint...this motherboard is hard to beat. One thing that will keep it from being a top-of-the-line gaming board, is that the PCI-e slot is only x4 instead of x16. In real world play, this has proven to not be as bad as one would think(anything over a 7900GT will likely notice the bottleneck). GL
