windows has detected that offline caching

windows has detected that offline caching is enabled on the roaming
profile share-to avoid potential corruption offline cahing must be
disabled on shares where roaming user profiles are stored..

y am i getting this in the event log of my DC and FP??

do i need to be taken out of the GPO for offline caching??

i need this explained in basic terms if pos!!
