Windows freezes at startup when loading btkrnl.sys

Hi,
I have a laptop that freezes when at the Windows 2000 startup screen. I
tried starting up in safe mode, it still freezes, and I found that it stalls
when trying to load btkrnl.sys. I have also tried using the recovery console,
but it also freezes. I think it is a blue tooth driver and I have made sure
that there aren't any blue tooth devices connected to it. Does anyone have
any ideas?

The Laptop is an IBM T41, pentium M. Pretty new.
