Hey guys, I just built this rig and its messed up at the moment. I'm sure its something simple I'm not thinking of. Here is the situation:

The first time it booted up it recognized the chip etc. and then it gets to this biostar screen where it says press delete to enter setup and then the keyboard doesn't work. The keyboard did work at one point (I tried multiple keyboards non-usb) and when it gets to this biostar screen it just sits there and there is no light on the keyboard. When I boot up it just goes to this screen and I can't press delete or anything. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

The lights on the motherboard show normal and the fans etc. are operational. The only warning sounds that came on was when I opened and closed the DVD player with win xp in it and it was a long beep followed by short beeps every second.

Sorry the PSU is this:
OCZ GameXStream OCZ600GXSSLI ATX12V 600W Power Supply - Retail

That should be good enough I think. I reseated everything real well and then checked the connections. Even if it has no DVD drive or hard drive I should still be able to enter setup right? I did clear the CMOS by unplugging the power and moving the little thing from 1-2 to 2-3 for 5 seconds like the manual said.

I reseated everything again and I'm currently installing windows!! looks like I must not have inserted the power cable firmly enough or something. It really looked good I wonder if clearing the CMOS or something was more the problem. Thanks guys!

Now after 20 minutes of Company of Heroes which looks incredible, the computer emits 2 really long beeps then shuts down. I think that means the CPU is overheated. I put artic silver on the cpu evenly on the top and snapped the heatsink to the board ok. The cpu fan seems to be moving well, what should I do?
