I just bought my first webcam (Logitech Quickcam Cordless) and I'm
looking for a decent, cheap and relatively easy software to put
streaming video on my website. I'm considering Webcam32 by Surveyor.
Any recommendations pro or con? Anything better at a comparable price?
I'm using a remote server. Does streaming video still use ftp to
upload the stream?

You can make a fairly decent webcam streaming setup using the
free Webcam2000 program jusing a java refresh web page. The below
links show the setup.
