Anonymous printer access in windows 2000 and 2003

I'm sure this is a really simple question but i cant remember an easy way to
do it. I need to allow people who connect to our network that dont have a
domain user account to connect to printers while they are in our offices,
how can i do this on a member server or on a DC?
