I have an old hard disk and i want to copy the user file folder. However the problem is that the folder is with incripition.... so is there any software that i can disable the incroption and copy the folder.

The folder is not encrypted but was made private. Boot into Safe Mode and you can then change the ownership of the folder to allow access.
