I was wondering if this is a good deal or not and if its worth getting, I currently have a amd 3200 venice, or should i get a x1900gt, i currently have an x800xl

I´d get the Graphics card. Sell the old GPU and get a dual core 3800 for it. That would be perfect.

the fx-57 is a very fast singlecore.
and e6300 is a fast dualcore, even faster if it is oc,ed.

cant really compare them.

the amd x2 4400 is more comparable to the e6300.
if you oc the e6300 a little it will outperform the x2.

Not exactly; there are still dualcore opterons (165, 170) well below $200
