Windows 2003 Internet Printing Problem

I have internet printing setup on a number of servers here but one of them
has just developed a problem i dont know how to fix. When you load the
webpage http://servername/printers it comes up fine and shows a list of
printers, however when you click on one of the printers to go into its
details you hear a sound like a double page load and then it dumps you back
to the start page with the list of all the printers. This happens instantly
so basically you cant get anywhere from that page.

How do i go about resolving this and repairing IPP? It was working fine and
nothing changed to cause this
