help

I have an
- asus P5B VM mainbord with bios version 0405 (09/21/2005) (least bios version)
- intel pentium D 805 2667 Mhz
- 2* kingmax DDR2 667 Mhz dual chanel
system.

I have overlocked sucessfully the cpu at FSB 147 (with multiplyer 20x) which mean 2922Mhz (the system is not overheated even if the processor is fully loaded). I have tried more then 147 but it is not work. The system doesn't boot even for 148 Mhz which is a lite bit more than 147. This is not work even if is modifyed the cpu voltage. I olso modified the CPU thermal monitoring option in bios (is set to disable).

what shud i do ?

thank for any suggestion
