Which mobo would you recommend?

This is for a Opteron 165 and I'm definitely looking to overclock it.

Neither one. Boards with integrated graphics suck for overclocking.
I own the Asus board and I think it's a great board, but not for you.
Look at NForce4 or NF4 Ultra motherboards and buy a cheap videocard.

Well, it has to be one of these boards as it must be s939 and microATX. I know the newegg reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, but it sounds like the BioStar overclocks fine.

Relative to an NF4 these mobos do not overclock well. You can tweak them some. I agree that the Biostar would be better since at least it has ram voltage adjustments. Just don't expect much out of them.
