pent. D on an abit sg 80

i can't figure out from abit's site whether the sg 80 supports a pent. D of any class, it says that the sg 80 dc something does but its based off the same chip set so if anyone can provide some insight it would be very appreciated. this is for a friend of mine.

Off hand I would say that no, it doesn't support Pentium D.
