CPU and Mobo Temp

I am getting a cpu temp around 39-45 C and mobo temp around 29-32 C...are these average temperature readings?

My specs are:
Intel P4 2.4c w/ HT
Abit IS7-E
512 mb ram ddr
GeForce FX5200 128

They look fine to me. If your CPU temp goes near or above 60 degrees celsius when you've got it maxed out, then I'd start to worry. Not really sure what your motherboard temps are supposed to be, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
