If one looks at the prices of 1GB SD cards on Pricewatch.com, one can save a
few dollars by buying a generic, house brand, or a brand that one never
heard of (Adata, etc.) card rather than one of the familiar brand names
(Kingston, Sandisk, Lexar, etc.)
Is there any difference in quality, support, etc., if one buys one of these
generic or unknown brand cards? Are they all made in the same factories
anyhow, and have different brand labels put on them?
If one of the no-name cards goes bad, is there any support for them? (For
instance, I had a Sandisk SD card go bad before. I called Sandisk, they told
me to send it to them, and they sent me a new replacement card right away.
Is there any such support for the generic and unknown brand cards?)

You will probably find differences in two fields: Quality Control, and speed
of the card.
