Hello

I Have a server 2000 recently installed. The installation was fully
sucessfull. Or so it seemed at the time. The point is that in last couple
days I am unable to logon via console or via terminal services.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

P.S. : I've already tried the solution described in KB 249321

Thats not much info for us to be able to help you.

Are you running a forest / domain with AD or a workgroup?
What was modified on the server? Are you able to log on locally? What
account are you trying to logon with? What member is that account a member
of? What rights and privileges have been modified on which accounts? Is
terminal services installed? How are you connecting to console? What errors
occur?

How is the network configured? What protocol are you using? If tcp/ip, have
you confirmed that the NIC is responding? What ip_adress is specified on the
server? What ip_address are you connecting from?
What errors, if any, do you see?

Oh Sorry

I am running a AD Domain.
The same server is running exchange server 2000 and isa 2000.
The network is with DHCP enabled.
Internet Access is granted only trough the server. The Server is multihomed.
One Nic connects to the internet router and another to the internal network.
Yes, terminal services is installed. I tried to logon locally.
Seing the logs from my file server i can't detect any erros related to the
issue.
From the remote disk management everything seems ok.
I even ran performance counters remotly and the values are roughly the same
as they have always been.
Being unable to log on is the only apparent problem. The rest is functioning
properly, file access, email, network logons, etc...

Thanks
