Hi
Please list me few motherboard for building a gaming PC with AMD 3200(AM2) CPU.
What about MSI K9NGM?
No need for Overclocking.

I think the K9NGM is a mATX board with 6100 integrated graphics. Not very good for gaming. Take a look at this instead. It's not much more $$$ but you will need a videocard (you'd need one anyway):

It's obvious you are on a tight budget given the cpu you listed...

If you have no need for OCing I can recommend the Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4, it is not very expensive, it is very stable and it works very well with lots of features.
Add to that for no or little extra money you will have the option of going for SLI in the future, even if you don't want to use it.
