i'm building a computer on a budget and salvaging my old graphics card. For best performance/money, i'm buying a D805 and overclocking it to over 3 ghz, and i need some advice on the motherboard (needs to be AGP) and ram.
I've read that when you overclock this processor the memory speeds increase (sorry if this sounds familiar to a lot of you, i'm new to all this so be friendly  ), and in this case i think i'll be looking at ddr2 800mhz. Does the motherboard need to support this type of ram to allow me to overclock the processor to this point? Or does it just keep the memory and the same speed as the processor speed increases, and what will be the effects of this?

As for the memory, the type i get depends on what i said above, and i'll need 1gig.

The rest of the specs btw are:
2x SATAII seagate barracuda 7200.9 80gb (will be in raid 0)
ATI Radeon 9200 128mb AGP (thinking of upgrading this to a dx9.c card if i can get decent low res FPS)
420W PSU
2x lite-on 8x DVD+RW
Antec super lan boy
Hyundai 1280x1024 monitor

Tho I don't OC so I can't comment on OC'ing, The ASRock 775 Daul-VSTA is nice when on a budget. AGP and PCIE, DDR and DDRII. Started mine with a C2D 6600 and reused all the old hardware from my computer. My old 512MB DDR 333ram, a 9800 Pro, 2 old IDE harddrives (60 and a 120). As I could afford it it I upgraded to 2 GB DDRII 800, a 320 SATA HD, and a X1950 Pro. I still have a ways to go, but no wany I could have started my upgrade as soon as I did with out this MB.
