1 extra gb ram or Zalman cooler to O/C for speed?

I'm working with an E6600, 1gb pc6400 ram(2 sticks x 512), 7950gt. Can't do much of an overclock, have the stock fan/cooler, temps over 50 @ 2800, 57+ at 3000. I've got $100 left to spend. Which would give me the best boost for high res gaming, the extra ram or the cooler + overclock?

Why not both? A cheap cooler like Arctic Freezer 7 only cost 13 Euros. It should be better than the stock HSF
