Hi There,

Sorry if this question has been asked before, I looked through the history and couldn't find it hence posting it here. My dilemma is this, I have just got my new Gainward GF4MX card which does dual output, D-SUB & DVI. The DVI is a DVI-I output and my LCD has a DVI-D input(both dual link), I believe both are female sockets and I was wondering what cable do I buy so I can use DVI for my LCD?

I looked through the list of cables and found a DVI-D to DVI-D cable, will that work on my video card despite it is DVI-I?

Thanks for your time.
