These are the normal processes of my computer

Everything seems to be running fine other then these 2 games, i have also Anno 1701 and as of yesterday the game hasnt been crashing the system. Office works fine and everything else also seems to work flawlessly.

My rig is the following.

Also ive had problems with booting WinXP Home SP2 sometimes. What would happen is the splash screen would show up and after the little bar scrolls to the right about 7 times the screen would go black and it would not boot up windows. So i seemed to resolve this problem by repairing the windows installation wiht the winxp cd. Could this also be related?

What could be the problem and where could i get a system diagnostic utility? i have a suspicion that there could be some kind of a memory problem with the mobo? coupld you guys please help me?
