HI guys, just joined. The problem is that my computer can't start normally. In a way that during the dish check, the last line was an unspecified error. Then it just black out with only the arrow of the mouse. I can use safe modes though. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem? Before this happened, my computer experienced computer restarts suddenly and sometimes it shows a grey screen.

If a computer loads in safe mode but not normal mode, it is almost always a software glitch. Open msconfig in safe mode. Click on the Services tab, checkmark the "Hide all Microsoft services" option so needed services are hidden and then click Disable all to disable all non-necessary services. Next click on the Startup tab and then Disable all to disable all startup programs. After ALL Startup items and non-Microsoft Services are disabled, restart the computer in normal mode.

Also, check for viruses and rootkits. Malwarebytes for viruses, and Kapersky's TDSSKiller for rootkits.

Good luck
