Hello,
ok it keeps telling me that the carriage is jam could you tell me what!s going on I!ve open the door to find out what!s the problem can!t figure it out. I also put in a new ink and it was working fine but is!s saying carringe jam could someone help understand this problem please

One thing about this printer be very careful not to broke the encoder strip.
