WTD: Recommendations for External WIFI Webcam

Hi,

Looking for a webcam / security camera that I can mount on the back of my
house wall to keep an eye on things.
Would like it to use WIFI and serve or stream video and hence be viewable
over the internet. Password protected.

Recommendations wanted for PC software that can see the webcam through WIFI
link in my house and use motion detection type features etc. Unless of
course all of this is built into the camera.

Low light CCD is preffered.

Any recommendations?
