After researching and asking many questions I came up with the following:
CPU Intel C2D 6300
PSU Seasonic 550W PSU
GPU Nvidia 7600GS
HSF Scythe Ninja Plus rev B
RAM here is where the problem starts......I can get G.Skill Extreme Series PC2-6400 PK 1GB×2 CL4-4-4-12 Dual Channel at 1.9-2.0V, Patriot PC6400(DDRⅡ800) 1GB×2 CL4-4-4-12 Timings at 2.2V or Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 for about the same price. The Patriot and G.Skill are about 15US$ less than the Corsair.
M/B Can not decide between P5B-E Plus or P5B Deluxe. P5B-E Plus is 26US$ less. I will also have 3 SATA HDDs and 2 DVD drives.
I could go 6400 if I go with P5B-E Plus and the Patriot or G.Skill memory or stay at 6300 and save some money. I want to overclock this thing to about 3+Ghz.
Any information, warnings on what could get problematic and suggestions to this system (or what I should get instead) is welcomed.

dont overpay for extra mhz, invest into the deluxe version of the MB, i think it should have higher quality voltage regulators, and that's what counts for overclocking.

Thank you for the advice.
The difference with the P5B-E Plus is that it has 4 phase regulators and the Deluxe has 8. Other differences are that the E Plus uses 100% All High-quality Conductive Polymer Capacitors which the Deluxe does not. Also the P5B-E Plus has according to the manual more options for CPU Vcore Voltage than the Deluxe. Other differences are the number of PCI-E slots. I think the biggest difference though is that the P5B-E Plus has the C2 rev. of the 965 chipset.
Still need some more advice on M/B and RAM etc...
