Probably it has been mentioned/asked many times...but...

i'm kinda lost in this new world.

I have a desktop and a laptop and i live in a flat (on level). I want to get a wireless router to connect it to the adsl and then with a lan cable to my desktop. I want to use the wireless capability of my laptop so i want a wireless router. I also want to use wireless so if any of my friends come home they can share the internet too.

I don't want to have a home network with file sharing, printers etc..and i mainly use internet, email and occassionally download large files from my laptop.

I need something that is economic, simple in installation and it will work.

Not so sure what exactly i need to buy...

from uk i could see this product..which looks from new company and is cheap and cheerfull.

I particullarly like its security features with WAP2 option...

any ideas/guidance would be much appreciated

Any wireless router will work fine for basic use ie. ones from Linksys, D-Link, etc sell routers for under 50. The one posted isn't necessary to be spending 125 dollars on it.
