Setting up a print server, and......

Right now our Print Server for the company is on a NT 4 Server box. What I'd
like to do is setup a Windows 2000 Print server and move all the printers
over to it.

I have a general idea of all the steps involved, but the last step is
perhaps the most annoying. Once all the printers are installed on the
Windows 2000 server, how do I have all the clients switch over....Uggh.

Do I have to go to every client PC in the building, and delete, the printer
then add the 'new' printer with the new print server location? Is there a
Windows 2000 tool that would do this for me?

If you name the W2K box the same as the NT4 box,
you can use tip 75 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com
to export the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares key and import it to the
new server.
