Hi I just got a E6300, Biostar T-Force P965PT, Corsair XMS DDR2 800.
Everything works fine but the ram says it requires 1.9v and the mobo is set up for 1.8v and in Bios I can only change increments in like 1.8,2.0,2.2,etc.
So what do I do am I losing some performance? Will 2.0 hurt it?

No, 2.0v will be fine. The stated 1.9v is a recommendation for running at it's claimed speeds. Sometimes you can run rated speeds at lower voltages, and sometimes it takes a little more than claimed. No problems. If it's running at the frequency you want, and is stable...leave it at 1.8v. If you want to overclock, or tighten the timings, by all means...bump it up some(.2v or.3v). GL :)

Well if your system is running fine then you don't have to increase the memory voltage. To be sure test your system for stability, like the Orthos Prime for example and test the cpu and memory altogether for stability. Or simple, if it runs all your applications fine then you won't have to. Check the timings and frequency though and make sure they are what on the specifications states. But like 1Tanker said, 2.0v won't hurt it either.
